Tom Klouda

Tom Klouda joined the ASHA staff in September in the newly created position of Senior Director of Government Affairs. Tom will work closely with ASHA’s Vice President of Government Affairs, Jeanne McGlynn Delgado and with Sheff Richey, ASHA’s Director of Government Affairs on the Association’s policy and advocacy agenda.

Tom has held senior positions on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and Social Security Administration. He brings a wealth of Capitol Hill and federal agency experience and expertise on a range of policy issues including federal taxation, retirement, immigration, health care and much more. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and did his undergraduate work at Grinnell College. He will be a great addition to ASHA’s legislative team and will help us grow our influence on Capitol Hill.
