Jeanne McGlynn Delgado

Vice President, Government Affairs

Jeanne McGlynn Delgado, Vice President of Government Affairs, joined ASHA in 2015. She leads ASHA’s public policy efforts on Capitol Hill, before federal agencies and in industry coalitions. She manages a broad portfolio of issues of importance to the senior living industry and the residents with a focus on immigration reform, workforce development, expanding veterans assisted living options, advancing retirement security proposals, and fair tax treatment of the business model as well as ongoing educational efforts to enhance the knowledge of policymakers about senior living.

Prior to ASHA, Jeanne served as Vice President for Business & Risk Management Policy for the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and she spent the early part of her career representing the National Association of REALTORS on a range of real estate policy issues.

She earned her B.A. from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
