Deliver Innovative Approaches, Build Strong Connections

ASHA’s thought-provoking events bring together the nation’s top seniors housing professionals who own, manage, finance, or support the industry.  The purpose is to address industry challenges and discuss new opportunities in an open and welcoming setting. Attendees have the opportunity to network while gaining actionable insights from industry experts and nationally recognized speakers.  

ASHA holds three meetings annually, several regional roundtables and a special VIP event. Our meetings are only open to ASHA’s membership and in most instances registration fees are complimentary. Here is a brief recap of what to expect at each event.

Annual Meetings

Held each January, the three-day event is open to all three membership levels (Executive Board, Advisory Committee and Associate). The meeting features a dynamic keynote presentation, engaging educational sessions, high-level networking opportunities, a tour of a local member’s community, and fun group outdoor activities.  As the largest gathering of the membership, attendance is typically 800 people.

Mid-Year Meeting

This two-day event in June is open to Executive Board and Advisory Committee members. Attendees enjoy a timely keynote speaker, educational sessions led by industry leaders, casual networking time, and engaging group outdoor activities. Attendance is typically 300 people.

Regional Roundtables

These small, intimate sessions are held in locations with a high concentration of members.  Limited in attendance to 20–30 participants, attendees discuss current hot-button topics and strengthen business relationships.

Fall Executive Board Meeting

Held in conjunction with the National Investment Center (NIC) Conference, ASHA’s Executive Board meets exclusively each fall.  This half-day meeting features a guest speaker and a review of ASHA business. Also included is a joint reception with NIC and Argentum leadership.

Chairman’s Circle Event

This two-day event is exclusive to members of the Seniors Housing PAC Chairman’s Circle ($2,000+ donors).  Typically held in the fall, it offers a strategic planning session, unique group activities and networking receptions.
