This 10-page Special Issue Brief was prepared by Meghan Mead of Hanson Bridgett LLP and summarizes a Symposium that brought together thought leaders from acute care, post-acute care and long term senior care in the hopes that the parties could start a dialogue on how to cooperate in providing the best care and find common ground for collaboration and cooperation. The Symposium was sponsored by the American Seniors Housing Association, Hanson Bridgett, and Polakoff Boland.
